INSIGHT ® Complete Survey ProcessWhen you go with INSIGHT ® you get a total survey process consisting of five distinct steps: Pre-Administration - review of employee demographics, customization of the survey questions and explanation of the process to the management team and employees. Implementation - administration of the survey to employees. Survey Analysis - computer tabulation of the responses, analysis of the initial results and report to the management team. Employee Feedback - sharing and discussing the survey results with the employees to gain feedback and further insight into important issues.
